Cerved is a Cerved Group SpA brand.
The Group is born in 2009 by a consortium of private equity funds Bain Capital and Clessidra and is made up of Cerved BI, Lince, Centrale dei Bilanci, Databank, Finservice, Pitagora e Consit.
Cerved is the business unit which offer s solutions to assess the economic and financial structure and reliability of businesses, marketing lists for "sales prospecting" and services that make it possible to study companies’ position on the markets.
