Is it possible to check the details of utilisation that has been billed to me?
Yes.
If you consult a service via Internet, click on the word "Utilities" in the service menu (Only for Cerved Group SpA Italian-language service).
For further information or immediate help, you should contact our Customer Centre, which will be happy to help you from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
