Alessandro works mainly on industrial plans, integration projects, corporate reorganizations, and change management for financial sector companies.
He joined MBS in 2009, having begun his consulting career in 2000 at Bain in London, where he honed his skills in strategy and M&A. Before that, he worked in the Oil & Gas engineering sector at Halliburton UK. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano."
