What challenges do I face in my professional journey?


One of the main challenges I faced when I first joined MBS was the complexity and specificity of the projects. The consulting services we offer to clients require a high level of specialized expertise. Initially, it was difficult to handle detailed and intricate requests, but day by day, I learned to focus on the precision of my tasks, developing a critical ability to analyze and reinterpret results.


What skills did I develop during my first year at MBS?


MBS places a strong emphasis on the continuous growth of its people. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to expand my skill set through a wide range of training sessions organized by the company. Each course offers in-depth coverage of specific topics and focuses relevant to various practices. Recently, I have participated in training on the role of a Financial Advisor, Circular Economy, and Business Banking—each providing valuable insights and knowledge that I have been able to directly apply in my daily work. In addition, MBS places significant importance on soft skills development, offering training on areas such as recognizing unconscious bias and improving communication both within teams and with clients. Moreover, being part of The Transformation Alliance (TTA), a European network of consulting firms, has given me numerous opportunities to engage with international colleagues, facilitating valuable exchanges on project approaches and how to best address client needs. This has been pivotal in my first year at MBS, helping me refine my analytical thinking through discussions with professionals from different countries.
