What do I remember about my first days at Innovation Team?
It’s been many years since March 2016, but I still clearly remember the mix of excitement and apprehension I felt stepping into a completely new work environment. Those initial worries quickly gave way to positive energy, thanks to the support and collaboration of my colleagues. That strong sense of teamwork made all the difference, allowing me to showcase my skills early on and make a meaningful contribution to both ongoing projects and new initiatives.
How has Innovation Team evolved over the years?
Innovation Team has evolved significantly over the years. For starters, we’ve grown substantially—our team has nearly doubled in size. But it’s not just about the numbers; we’ve also broadened the scope of our activities, exploring new sectors and areas. This growth has been incredibly enriching, giving me the opportunity to develop my skills while taking on exciting new challenges, especially with MBS becoming part of the Cerved Group.
Innovation Team has been the turning point I needed to relaunch my career and prove my value, enabling me to grow both personally and professionally.
