Why did I choose to work at MBS?
After completing my university studies and gaining some initial work experience, I was looking for a role that would allow me to develop strategic skills while still working with big data. What drew me to Innovation Team, the innovation hub of MBS Consulting, is its decade-long expertise in institutional positioning research.
We are a key player in several critical areas for the growth of our country. Each year, we publish research reports in collaboration with leading industry federations, covering topics such as corporate welfare, the social economy (the so-called third sector), and agriculture's role in Italy's sustainable development. We also produce quarterly reports on socio-economic sentiment, consumer habits in Italy, and trends in the banking and insurance sectors. There are few consulting firms in Italy that offer the opportunity to work on both data-driven strategic projects and broader policy-making initiatives— and this was a decisive factor in my choice to join MBS.
I chose MBS and its innovation and research hub, Innovation Team, for the rare combination of data-powered strategic projects and policy-making initiatives.

How do I feel today compared to a year ago?
Today, I feel more confident, self-assured, and aware of the value I bring to the projects I work on. Over the past year, I’ve learned how to handle complexity while staying focused on the details—two essential skills in our work. Working across a range of sectors and topics has given me a deeper understanding of market dynamics, as well as the challenges and specific needs of the companies we collaborate with. What I’ve learned in this role is that it’s not just about tackling difficulties; it’s about asking the right questions to find effective solutions. What sets MBS apart is the continuous learning environment fostered by daily interactions with colleagues at all levels. The openness to dialogue is a value I’ve appreciated from day one, as it has provided me the chance to engage in stimulating and enriching conversations, even with the partners. In the end, MBS offers plenty of growth opportunities, but they require proactivity, curiosity, and a willingness to step up. It’s an environment that pushes you to evolve every day, while doing so with enthusiasm.
