Control Management Organizational Model Lgs. D. 231/01 – Group Companies
The Italian companies of the Cerved Group, by resolution of the Board of Directors, have adopted the Organizational, Management, and Control Model (“Model”) pursuant to Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, no. 231, and have appointed a Supervisory Body (OdV 231) with the task of monitoring the functioning and observance of the Model.
The Model of each Italian company and the principles contained therein are intended for the members of the Corporate Bodies, all Employees, and, more generally, all those who carry out their work activities for each of the companies of the Cerved Group and any other subject, natural or legal person, with whom they come into contact in the course of business relations.
Cerved Group S.p.A. and all its subsidiaries (“Group Cerved”) have adopted a Code of Ethics that expresses the commitments and ethical responsibilities in conducting business and corporate activities and defines the set of values and principles, as well as the lines of conduct, that must be assumed by the directors of the Group Cerved, all persons linked by employment relationships with the Group Cerved, and, in general, all those who operate for the Group Cerved, regardless of the relationship that binds them to it.
Anyone who becomes aware of violations of the principles of the Model 231 and the Code of Ethics is required to promptly report them through the digital whistleblowing channel available at the following link or through the alternative channels as indicated in the whistleblowing procedure available on the Reporting System page.
