Matteo Reguzzoni

With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, Matteo has collaborated extensively with leading players in the insurance sector, specializing in the energy and utilities value chain. He has successfully led projects focused on business innovation, strategic planning, organizational development, and performance enhancement, both in Italy and internationally. After gaining valuable experience in the software industry at QAD Inc. (Carpinteria, CA) and conducting research in Supply Chain Management at the Politecnico di Milano, he joined MBS Consulting in 2002, where he has served as Managing Director since 2024. Matteo is also a Board Member of The Transformation Alliance, a European network of consulting firms of which MBS is a member. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur de Grande Ecole from Ecole Centrale de Lille.
