He is the founder of Cerved Credit Management Group. The company specializes in the management of a wide range of non-performing loans and assets. He has served as CEO of the Cerved Credit Management Group from 2005 to 2019. Under his leadership, the company became part of the Cerved Group S.p.A. in 2011, strengthening its offer in the credit risk management sector.

Before founding Cerved Credit Management Group in 2005, Mignanelli was a partner at McKinsey & Co., where he was responsible for Credit Risk Management Practice in Europe.

From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a financial analyst at General Electric’s offices in London, New York and Rio de Janeiro.

A graduate in Business and Economics from Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University in 1993, Mignanelli completed his education by earning a Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD, France, in 1998.
