Dario has a Degree in Business Administration & Management from Bocconi and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management with honors from Pisa, where he completed his training with a PhD on the capabilities necessary to govern the strategic change of companies in turbulent sectors.

He joined Cerved in 2019, where he first held the position of Head of Advisory for Financial Institutions and then Head of Strategy. In 2022 he was appointed Strategy & Corporate Development Director, position in which he oversees the Group’s strategy activities, M&A and the development of partnerships.

Previously, he worked in Bain & Company in EMEA where he had the opportunity to assist Financial Institutions, Paytech and Private Equity funds, on strategy, reorganization, business development, risk models and capital management, M&A projects.
