He graduated in Information Sciences from Università degli Studi in Milan.

He began his career in consulting at Andersen Consulting and in 1992 he started his professional journey at MBS, becoming its CEO in 2019.

His long experience in the finance and insurance sector, with over 20 years of professional interactions with all the major companies operating in Italy, has made him an expert in the insurance practice.

Paolo has led key projects in strategy, organization, and performance improvement in this sector, demonstrating deep expertise in various areas such as distribution and marketing, claims management, auto and telematics products, welfare, and assistance.

His expertise also extends to change and transformation management.

He is a Board member of The Transformation Alliance, a European network of consulting firms of which MBS is a part.
