Orazio graduated in Electronic Engineering – Polytechnic of Turin.

He began his professional career in the Information Technology field, first at Olivetti and then at Gruppo Sistemi Informativi (IBM) where he worked on systemistic and application projects in the banking industry, holding roles of progressive responsibility.

In 2002 he joined Centrale dei Bilanci (now merged into Cerved Group), a company specialized in financial analysis and scoring/rating systems, of which he became Deputy General Manager from March 2003, with a focus on HR, Organization, regulatory compliance and IT.

With the establishment of Cerved Group, in 2009 he became Organization Manager, dealing with the evolution of the Group’s Internal Control and Risk Management System following the various corporate acquisitions.

In June 2014, with the listing of Cerved Group on the Stock Exchange, he became Internal Audit Director, also dealing with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) until the end of 2019.

He has been Member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of various Cerved Group Companies.

From November 2022 he assumes the role of Chief Productivity Officer with the aim of pursuing, in collaboration with the various Departments of Cerved Group, the optimization of processes and company organization in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and quality, in line with our continuous improvement and “lean” approach.
